Standard and Unique Tour Booking Refund Policy
At Sangu Tours, we understand that unexpected events can occur, and sometimes plans change. This tour booking refund policy outlines our commitment to your peace of mind and clarifies what happens in the event you need to cancel or modify your tour.
Standard Refund Policy:
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to departure: Receive a full refund of the tour price, minus a non-refundable deposit of 25%.
Cancellations between 30 and 59 days prior to departure: Receive a 50% refund of the tour price.
Cancellations within 30 days of departure: No refunds will be issued.
Compassionate Cancellations: In case of medical emergencies, documented family emergencies, or natural disasters, we will consider offering a 50 to 70 % refund even within the non-refundable window.

Travel Credit Option: Instead of a refund, you can choose to receive travel credit for the full amount of your booking, valid for one year towards any future tour with Sangu Tours.
Partial Cancellations: If you need to remove individual participants from your booking, we will offer a prorated refund based on the tour price and the number of canceled participants.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
